奋楫争先 艇向未来｜罗思韦尔2026“团队动态领导力”赛艇训练营圆满落幕

为淬炼团队动态领导力、夯实团队协作核心能力，7月25日，罗思韦尔全体中高层管理人员齐聚上海申迪城市赛艇中心，开展以“团队动态领导力”为核心主题的专项训练，以水上竞技试炼团队初心，以协同奋进赋能团队成长。
To sharpen dynamic leadership and teamwork, all Rothwell middle and senior managers attended themed training at Shanghai Shendi Urban Rowing Center on July 25. On-water competitions strengthened team alignment and growth via joint efforts.
赛艇运动看似是单人发力，核心却是统一节奏、同心同向、彼此成就，这个核心意义和罗思韦尔管理、团队运营的内核高度契合。参加团建的队员每个人都是团队的领航者、排头兵，在日常工作中，领导力不是独断引领，而是精准统筹、协同赋能；团队协作不是简单配合，而是目标一致、步调同频。赛艇前行，一人偏航、全员受阻，正如企业发展，只有管理层凝心聚力、默契配合，才能带领团队突破困境、稳步前行。
Rowing may seem to depend on individual strength, but it truly rests on unified rhythm, shared vision, and collective achievement—a philosophy that echoes Rothwell’s team management approach.Every participant in team building is both a leader and a pacesetter. In the workplace, leadership is about overall coordination and enabling others, not arbitrary control; teamwork means aligned goals and synchronized progress. A single rower out of sync can slow the entire boat. Similarly, a united management can steer the team through storms and push forward steadily.
本次训练营内容丰富、层层递进，全程围绕实战历练、能力提升、思维升华展开，涵盖开营仪式、划船器接力赛、水上八人艇分段竞速（400米、600米、800米）、团队文化分享四大核心环节。初次登艇，面对开阔的水面与全新的挑战，全体管理人员既心怀紧张，又满怀热忱与期待，从初识项目、适应节奏，到实战竞速、复盘成长，大家全程投入、全心参与。
The progressive training agenda included four segments: opening ceremony, rowing machine relay, 400m/600m/800m eight-person boat sprints and team culture sharing. Though slightly nervous on their maiden row, all managers stayed fully engaged through skill learning, racing and post-event reflection.
Participants identified personal strengths and weaknesses, assigned roles and formed teams freely. Rotating seats let them experience duties of different positions. The group jointly set and followed uniform competition rules, correcting paddling movements and unifying rhythm through repeated practice.
训练过程中，全体成员完成了一场完整的团队成长蜕变。大家主动识别自我优势与不足、精准定位个人角色，自主分组组建作战团队，通过频繁的位置轮换、角色互换，沉浸式体验不同岗位的责任与价值。同时，团队共同建立训练与竞赛规则，全员严格执行规则、恪守共识，在一次次划桨磨合、相互观察、对标学习中纠正动作偏差、统一发力节奏。随着团队动作愈发默契，全员凝心聚力、奋楫争先，赛艇在碧波之上破浪前行，姿态愈发平稳、速度愈发迅捷。赛后全员深度复盘、总结得失，在实践中理解团队、深谙协作的核心意义。
During training, participants transformed as a team. They identified their strengths and weaknesses, defined their roles, and formed operational teams independently. Through frequent role rotation, they experienced the responsibilities and value of different positions. The team established rules collectively; all members adhered to them and upheld the consensus, correcting technical deviations and unifying their rhythm through repeated practice, observation, and benchmarking. As coordination improved, they rowed with shared purpose and determination. The boat cut through the waves with increasing stability and speed. After the race, the team debriefed thoroughly, analyzing successes and shortcomings, and gained a practical understanding of the core significance of collaboration.
本次赛艇训练营，是属于罗思韦尔管理团队一场独特的成长试炼。水上征程不止让成员不断突破身心极限，更全方位锤炼团队凝聚力、领导力、执行力与合作力。赛艇从来没有孤勇者，它是一场全员同频协作的水上交响乐，所有人的划桨节奏、发力力度必须高度统一，赛艇方能稳步前行。一艘赛艇，缩影一个团队。舵手领航、桨手齐划，恰如企业组织的生动写照：舵手作为领路人，承担着定方向、纠偏差、带节奏、树信心、统筹全局的核心使命；全体队员在认识自我、组建团队、协同攻坚、建立共识规则、实战践行、复盘总结的完整流程中持续成长，为共同目标凝心聚力，在实践中感悟动态领导力，推动团队行稳致远。
This rowing camp was a growth test for the Rothwell management team. It pushed members beyond their physical and mental limits while honing cohesion, leadership, execution, and collaboration. Rowing has no lone heroes; it is a symphony on the water demanding perfect sync. Only unified rhythm and force can drive the boat steadily forward. A rowing boat is a team in microcosm: the coxswain sets the course, corrects deviations, paces, builds confidence, and coordinates the whole, while rowers pull in unison—a vivid metaphor for an enterprise. Through self-discovery, team building, collaborative problem-solving, rule-setting, practical application, and debriefing, members unite toward a common goal, gaining insights into dynamic leadership that propel the team steadily onward.
通过本次赛艇训练营活动，罗思韦尔管理团队并肩协作、齐心协力，在挥桨聚力中感悟协同力量，在乘风破浪中锤炼担当魄力。我们将把赛艇运动的专注、默契、坚韧带回工作中，以更强的凝聚力、执行力和领导力，带领团队攻坚克难、再创佳绩！
Through this rowing camp, the Rothwell management team pulled together as one, experiencing the power of collaboration in unison and honing responsibility and resolve against the wind and waves. We will bring the focus, teamwork, and resilience of rowing back to work, and with greater cohesion, execution, and leadership, lead the team to overcome challenges and achieve new successes!
