2026年7月24日，以“聚力 稳进 智创 跃升”为主题的江苏罗思韦尔电气有限公司2026年中经济工作会在上海东郊宾馆举行。本次会议全面系统深入总结了上半年的经营管理工作，有的放矢的统筹安排和布署了下半年策略及落地计划，以全力确保年度目标的达成。总经理何梨花、经营管理团队以及中层管理骨干参加会议。副总经理赖华茂主持会议。
On July 24, 2026, Jiangsu Rothwell Electric Co., Ltd. held its 2026 Mid-Year Economic Work Conference at Shanghai Dongjiao Hotel.The conference reviewed H1 operational and management performance, and released targeted strategies and implementation plans for H2 to meet annual targets.The meeting was attended by CEO He Lihua, the operation management team and middle-level management backbones, and presided over by Deputy General Manager Lai Huamao.
各部门长汇报上半年度部门任务指标完成情况、上半年待改进工作、下半年重点工作及策略，经营管理团队成员逐一进行评议。
Department heads reported their H1 target delivery, existing shortcomings, and H2 core priorities and strategies. The management team then gave targeted feedback on each report in turn.
根据公司战略布署，2026年罗思韦尔重点推进AI在企业创新、转型升级、降本增效、运营提质等全业务要素的应用。技术中心和工程技术部在本次会议分享了2026年上半年在技术研发、工装管理、SOP无纸化、设备管理和个性化参数管理等方面的AI应用成果和开发经验，成效显著。
Guided by corporate strategy, Rothwell will deploy AI across all businesses in 2026 to boost innovation, industrial upgrading, cost control, efficiency and operational quality. At the meeting, the Technology Center and Engineering & Technology Department shared H1 AI application results and experience in R&D, mold management, paperless SOPs, equipment and customized parameter management, delivering outstanding results.
总经理何梨花深度剖析了汽车电子行业、通信设备行业当前发展的形势与机遇挑战，并围绕市场攻坚、产品布局、研发建设、供应链升级、管理优化及海外业务发展等维度，明确下半年各部门核心工作目标与落地要求，为公司下一阶段高质量发展划定方向、锚定重点。
CEO He Lihua analyzed the latest trends, opportunities and challenges of automotive electronics and communication equipment sectors. Focusing on market expansion, product layout, R&D, supply chain upgrading, internal management and overseas expansion, she defined H2 core goals and execution standards for all departments, drawing a clear path for the company’s high-quality development.
